2012 to 2013

Our freshman year of college was also our first year of long distance. We would talk on Skype every night, but it was hard to make the transition to a different kind of relationship. Luckily, we got to see each other face-to-face when Marcie flew home over her winter and summer breaks. This year’s highlight came when Marcie’s family invited me on their road trip to Yellowstone National Park. We saw bison, black bears, and the elusive American rhinoceros (pictured above). If you would like to donate to the National Park Foundation, please consider donating to our honeymoon fund instead.

A delicious and wholesome meal that Marcie cooked for us. Can you guess the ingredients?
